The ABFAS Board Certification exam includes both didactic computer-adaptive (CAT) or multiple-choice exams and Computer-Based Patient Simulations (CBPS). Both sections are integral components of the Resident In-Training Examination (ITE) and the ABFAS Board Certification exam.
